    Known issues (not caused by this mod):
    ➼ Do not uninstall this mod mid-game, as it may cause issues due to the addition of new NPCs, world space edit, and level list edit. Please do not blame me for this; you are aware of the risks involved with installing mods. If problems arise, simply roll back to a previous save where this mod was not installed.
    ➼ The installer Alt Options does not work  for Vortex installer. I only use this mod with MO2 which works perfectly fine. 
    ➼ If face are bug because you use rsv please use RSV Patch Collection.

    FSMP - Faster HDT-SMP (Will encounter CTDs and broken hair without this) (REQUIRED)
    SMP-NPC crash fix May encounter CTDs without this (REQUIRED ONLY IF USING Skyrim version 1.6 and up)
    Vanilla hair remake smp (Only required for physics to work) without this hair is static (OPTIONAL)

    NO SMP VERSION - This version is standalone and does not require anything.

    After endlessly searching for npc overhaul, this is the best. Pair it with dibella blessing is perfect. My question is, why is this is not popular?

      I have no idea. The images were taken while using Nolvus V5, Nolvus V6, and Mages and Vikings - A Wabbajack list.

    Man, idgi how to use this with EasyNPC. I changed just one NPC to this mod to test it out (I've had bad luck using COTR replacers with EasyNPC in the past). Ironically, the one I changed was fine. Meanwhile everyone else has the dark face bug despite using other replacers for them. Maybe it has something to do with for some reason having to have the mod activated for EasyNPC? For some reason it makes this mod a master which has never happened with any others besides Dibella's Blessing which I also had issues with.

      this uses vanilla race, you only need to leave custom-race mods enabled. for ANY replacers that use vanilla race, do not select them as default plugin, only select as face plugin, and disable them after running your merge.

      Now that you say that, I think I discovered the issue. Since I don't have any male guard replacers (since there are none unfortunately until I found this mod), EasyNPC automatically selects them and makes them the default plugin which then forces it as a master which then screws everything up. I'll just have to go through them all and make the default plugin Skyrim.esm and that should hopefully take care of it.

    Do you happen to alter some NPC's height like Farkas n Vilkas? Because they look so tall, especially when paired with racial body morph. Also is it possible to make this mod works with Skysight Skin ? Thanks!

      Yes, RedguardDiaspora has adjusted some NPC's height for variance-- their heights might be exaggerated unintentionally if you use other mods that do the same thing but via skeletons instead of actual NPC height values
      And it would take a considerable amount of effort for you to patch this for any other skin textures, but it's possible if you've got the motivation (and a lot of time)

    Getting CTD when traveling to Whiterun with the latest version...older 5.1.1 works fine thou..

      I tested the mod and never encountered that issue. That's weird, try redownloading and installing

      I have been summoned. 
      Does this persist without EasyNPC, when this is the only NPC mod you have loaded ? any crashlogs that mention this mod (or NPCs affected by this mod) specifically?

      Haven't tried without easynpc as I use ~170 npc replacers (~100 for vanilla)...could be something like Citizens of Morthal that ain't compatible with this one and men of skyrim refined...or something like Ghorbash refined that's using two head parts and easynpc will copy only one (fixable by adding the second head part after the merge)..Will test with it alone.. but probably will work..so i'll have to rerun easynpc with the new TSOS Refined.
      Edit: Working fine with TSOS alone

      Edit#2: crashlog's saying something about some textures from NB i think..could be some incompatibility but the older 5.1.1 works fine https://pastebin.com/Tyq6rT2Q

      seems like an incompatibility, you're right. I don't know what NB is, is that northbourne? either way, I don't think (?) the crashes are from TSoS as you said it works when you only use this mod

      Motivation? here another best maker that needs confirms. It still surprise me how many people doing their things at best are (or seems) so unsure of themselves... I guess that's how they pushed themselves into the pain of making great things! I met several IRL too, but still it surprises me a bit.
