AI Upscaled textures for all of Skyrim's vanilla creatures, using Chainner with the Skyrim Misc. model by Deorder. Includes upscales of 2 to4 times the original texture sizes. The trained model is based on ESRGAN and utilizes the CC0 Creative Commons license.
-Usage- There are 2 versions: one that's upscaled to 2 times the original resolution and one that's 4 times. The 2x version is very close in detail to the 4x version, and you'll most likely only notice a difference in smaller creatures like chickens. The 2x version is also 80% smaller in size than the 4x version.
This mod will most certainly have a big performance impact, therefore a graphics card with 8gb - 12gb of VRAM is recommended. Testing it with only 4gb of VRAM gave me results of 40-55 fps.
Installation Use your favorite mod manager or just drag and drop the extracted textures folder into your Skyrim's Data folder.
