About this mod

All my male NPC replacers in one plugin. Some are the same, some are made better, some are completely new.

Donations
I managed to merge all my male replacers into one .esp with a bit of tweaking here and there and some creative texture paths, but in the end everything seems to be working fine.
Now you have 70 NPCs all in one mod.
Most have the same look as my original replacers, some have been tweaked a bit and made (I hope) better. I also added some new NPCs I didn't make before and I plan on adding some more (so keep track of the mod if you are interested).

All NPCs will use your default skin and body, so keep in mind that the look might vary. In the pics I use my skin blend, which is more on the smooth younger side, but you can use whatever skin you like most, and I added some sample picture for comparison between the most popular skins.

Hair textures: all hair textures are included in the full version. Most are regular KS but I added some Salt and Wind here and there.
If you already have KS hairdos installed and want to save some space, I added a version without the KS folders (most of the head meshes will use the default KS paths). This will allow you to use different textures like Salt and Wind, to better customize your game.
If you install the full version and you have a conflict with KS just load KS after my mod and you'll be fine.

Link to the individual mods that have been merged into this one (also useful if you want to get alternate tintmasks):
See the original mods pictures for an idea of the NPC looks. In this mod I added the pics of those that have been changed or added.

FACE PAINTS
All NPCs are made in a lore friendly manner so their face paint will be similar to the one they have in their vanilla look.
If you want to remove or change the face paint you can get the no-paint or alternate versions from my other mods and replace the .dds file in the facetint folder. Most of the no paints are HERE, if you don't find what you need there, look in the original NPC mods.

ESL?
Technically yes. The .esp is already good to be flagged as light but I didn't flag it myself because it's still a work in progress and I'll have to add more NPCs to it and don't want to mess up things.
You can flag it yourself with SSEedit or your mod manager (in Vortex you just go to the plugin list and click "Mark as Light").

COMPATIBILITY AND PATCHES
This should work with any version of Skyrim SE or AE since I didn't include the anniversary update and it only requires the DLCs Dragonborn, Heartfire, and Dawnguard.
If you have other mods that edit some of the NPCs records you will have a conflict and probably a dark face bug.
Be sure to load my mod as low as possible in your load order (after any other mods that change NPCs).
There are some big mods like AI overhaul that will need patches. I'll try to do them myself when I have some time, but you are free to do it and post your patches here on Nexus if you want. It'll be extremely helpful for everyone :)
Let me know if there are mods that cause conflicts and I'll see what I can do.
USSEP is not required, but I ported some of the changes that made sense to me, and I took some liberties on other things, but let me know if you have issues.

If you use Easy NPCs you can download the characters mugshots gently provided by EckoSquad here.

CUSTOMIZATION AND CHANGES TO THE NPCs
I won't provide any further customization or fulfill requests unless it's for bug fixes and if you want to add some NPCs I haven't done yet.
I know that not everyone will like how I made the characters, but that's ok. I made them like I wanted them to look, and according to my taste which might be different from yours, but fortunately there are plenty of other replacers that you can find to better suit your needs.
And of course you're free to customize the mod as you see fit. I provided a list of all the NPCs and their IDs so it will be easy to locate them and change/remove the one you don't like.
If you are using another NPC replacer and you have overlappings you can either chose which one is the one winning the conflict by placing it after the other mods or manually delete the NPCs you don't want with SSEedit and removing the .nif and .dds files from the folders.

I tried my best to make the mod as functional as possible but I am human and make mistakes so let me know if you find weird things like missing textures or neck seams, face discolorations etc.

PRESETS
I posted most of the presets I used for the replacers in this same account, you'll just have to dig a bit to find what you like.
Some that are still not posted will be made available as soon as I have some spare time. (Feel free to ask about any specific ones).

Will I do the same for the females?
Maybe.
I didn't make as many females as males since there are so many options already and it gets boring quickly but I might get to it at some point.
