    UPDATE 2021

    SSE received several updates since the release of this little tweak mod. Therefore the configuration tweaks of this mod somehow don't  seem to provide the same result anymore as it used to do back in the days.

    To increase the effect you can tweak the values inside the included ini file. For example "fDynamicDOFFarBlur" affects the blur strength. Increase it for stronger dof blur and vice versa. Also play around with the other values. I recommend to use the mod "PrivateProfileRedirector". It really increase your game startup booting time a LOT! But besides that it offers an extended functioning console command, "refreshini", which allows to tweak and apply changes to the config files in real-time and mid-game. That's the most easy way to test new values in game.

    I'm sorry, but isn't working for me. I followed all the instructions to install this, and it simply looks exactly the same as the original DoF.

    Vanilla DoF effect is broken, it can work but the effect is only visible on the top of the screen, you have to look at the NPCs feet for it to show, otherwise it won't. That's stupid, do I have to watch peoples' feet all the time?

      Are you sure that your setup is okay so far? Any mod that alters the same effects, or something wrong inside your INI files? Otherwise I need some more information about it. Does vanilla DoF work without my file?

      Ok i have to admit , same thing was i experiencing when i first tested. For some reason everything that i wasnt directly loking at became blury and fogged.
      i tried couple things, no effect. So i deleted files from root and steam verify files ,reaplied mod and voila its working.
      Anyway , just posting if someone gets same issue.Thanks

      P.S
      i am still getting fogged vision and blur to everything when character is not moving , but its way less pronounced now it becames instant clear once i move character, gets blurry again a second or two after i stop. Bluriness exist when i normal walk but not when running i have no idea why.
      I found reddit post about it:
      https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/5b0l46/annoyed_by_faraway_dof_blur_suddenly_switching/
      acording to him and ur config , u actually almost maxed that blur in distance:
      fDynamicDOFFarBlur=0.9
      no wonder i started seeing strange things

      -------
      EDIT
      FOUND OUT:
      ur mod actually added all that blur
      fDynamicDOFBlurMultiplierMin=1.0000
      fDOFMaxDepthParticipation=7000.0000

      remove those lines or put 0 at end and add this line instead:
      fDynamicDOFNearBlur=0.0

      If you want to disable nearby DOF (surroundings won't get blurred if you look at a close object):

      Same conclusion was made by numerous persons , here is discussion:

    I just tested your mod and it looks very good but i have one problem, iam a big fan of DYNAVISION in static mod, i rly rly want a DOF wich can blurr over a big distance and be real static, can you do something like that ? Because the DYNAVISION creator will not convert his awesome mod in the next time ... and iam sad :I

      I have ported Dynavision for myself. Just resafe the ESP in CK and unpack the BSA. Then just repack the ESP and the unpacked loosfiles into a new archive and install with a mod manager. It works fine. Needs SKSE64 and SKyUI SE.

      Have you actually read his permission statement? It clearly says he won't tolerate any release without his permissions. Also Nexus will ban me if I'd do that. I did that with S.L.D.S, because the author wasnÄt active and online since a few months. But the file got under moderator review immediately and I got a warning.

    Highly underrated. I use this WITH an ENB, as the in-game DOF is much friendlier to my FPS and no less good, just less configurable.

    I'm a big fan of Dynavision in FO4. Was dissapointed to see it hasn't made it from OLDRIM to SSE yet though. Then I found this gem. Dude, amazing. The autofocus is a bit "wierd" sometimes but I can deal with it. It reminds of ReShade DOF autofocus only it doesn't blur the HUD which is what I needed because I have to be able to see when Frostfall is telling me I'm freezing to death Lol. Thank you so much!!! ENDORSED! Seriously, you should get way more love for this mod. Perfect DOF alternative for ReShade users such as myself that don't want to or can't run ENBs. ***I should mention I'm using the stronger DOF option. Also, I didn't use the esp & instead just added the edits to my ini files.

    "It uses the vanilla DoF and enhances its settings to a more deep DoF effect, close to the ENB"

    Ehm...wheres the DoF? Perhaps you uploaded vanilla images?
