I recommend the lite version with this. It works well for me. Again, this mod should not influence any other stealth mod at all and should be compatible with most combat mods. So it really depends on your preferences and how hardcore you wish your gameplay to be.

It creates an option to slit the throat of an unsuspecting NPC if you are undetected or if he is sleeping. Makes a perfect addition to stealth and actually some meaning to your sneaking.
Great mod. Thank you very much! However, since power attack requires a minimum amount of stamina, I found a situation where the power attack combo was not possible even if I had enough stamina when using mco! Is there a way to exclude just endurance?
