My own personal preset, mainly uploaded as a backup for myself, but feel free to try it out.
Press V to switch camera from left to right
Press R-ALT to toggle between offset and centred view
I suggest editing SSE Engine Fixes to require pressing F to switch between First and Third person so you no longer accidentally go into first person from third and vice-versa. To do this:
Open the EngineFixes.toml file
In the Patches section set ScrollingDoesntSwitchPOV = true
