1 "esp" is required to change Saadia's hairstyle.
It's in the update section.

This MOD is a MOD only for mesh data above the neck.
Body / skin depends on your skyrim.
The texture is all in the folder.
Unzip the "separate file". Install only the files you need.
That file contains a file with the name of each NPC.
