Add vertex alpha to some roof fringes, this way the shingles show scale shape. This wasn't how it was in vanilla. Just a small improvement on the vanilla mesh.

Description
Skyland's Whiterun roofs have dragon scale pattern just like vanilla Skyrim.
But the texture has offset and different scale, so it is misaligned on Whiterun market stores and Warmaiden's roofs.
This fixes it by changing the UV maps of those buildings.
