Here comes a mighty dragonborn! With elf ears? And shiny eyes? Well yes, because, you know, things happens when a flattering redguard knows a lady dragon and then... (did your mama tell you about the bees and the flowers and polen?) .... dovahlove is in the air, and a little dovahkin is born, and then turned into a grown up dovahkin, and then you can play as him with this racemenu preset.
I'm sure you'd figure out a better background, but in the meantime, here he is, Nox Dragontoe.
And yes, quite a few requirements, but the final look is cool.
