Same question. This mod conflicts with your Parallax Meshes - Whiterun from Update 10.0. Are these fixes included there?
EDIT: I looked into the meshes with Nifscope and... yeah.. you really uploaded them without the fixes -.- So to anyone wondering: you have to load UV Fixes AFTER the Whiterun Parallax meshes
As always, thanks for your hard work and sharing with the community.
I'm sorry, but I disagree with your answer to the question of whether these UV fixes are generally usable (which I would take to mean that they are UV fixes for "vanilla" unmodded Skyrim assets).
Even the first "fix" for the nif "WRIntFloorSTMid03" is an example of this not being a vanilla issue at all. Even with the mod JK's Warmaiden's (v1.3.0) active there is no problem with the added floor WRIntFloorSTMid03 tiles. Instead, I guess this problem is caused by a specific mod in your setup.
I used your Pfuscher's mods - AIO mod v1.12 (1k Version) to demonstrate it. See pictures:
Spoiler:

Warmaiden's Backroom: Vanilla + JK Mod
Warmaiden's Backroom: JK Mod + SMIM + Pfuscher's mods - AIO v1.12, but your latest UV fix is not in use!
MO2 Setup No other mods Plugin\Texture or Assets mods than USSEP & LAL where additionly active in all test scenarios.
Total MO2 test steup
But I found a problem with your texture replacemt of the Warmainds Storeroom fireplace. Looks like the new texture has some decals \ alpha vertex issues. See pictures:
Hi there. I'm using your Pfuscher's mods - AIO. I am also using the Lux optional patch from that download page. I noticed this mod overwrites the same files. Are they the same, or should I use one over the other? Thanks for the great texture mods.

But overwrite 202x with this one
Can you please add these into 202X in the future?
Keep up the great work!
THANKS
P.S. I'm using the Downscale version, I assume it's the same for the regular version too.

Hope you can fix it :)
Please provide a more detailed (mod dependent) description for each repaired UV in the future, thank you.
