Lakeview Exterior Improved

About:

What does this mod do? Well it adds new features upon the existing contents of the Hearthfire DLC, specifically Lakeview Manor. As of the current version it adds a total of 4 new interior cells that holds great storage opportunities; all containers inside these new interior cells are safe. It also expands on the exterior of the manor, adding two new buildings and one nordic ruin entrance to connect access to the new interior cells.
A road has been added on one side which connects the manor to Falkreath's direction of roads.

Some changes to the exterior has been done, in terms of some minor landscape editing and removed some objects / reworked navmesh [note that nothing from vanilla has been deleted; objects have been initially disabled and the navmesh reworked has been cut out, seperated, not deleted].
This has been done in attempt to reduce conflicts with other mods.

Install:

Recommended to use the Vortex for installation as it is quick, fast and simple. You can also install it manually by dropping the files into your Skyrim Data folder.

Requirements:

This mod does require all the official DLCs.

Compatibility:

Oakwood by Schlitzohr
Butterfly Hatchery by Midgetalien ''It only works if you have built the Library Tower. If you build the other two options it will cause clipping/errors'' (my mod does not cause this).
Lakeview Manor: As it Should Be by AndreeaA Note: choosing option to remove grass in the installer of this mod makes the grass I removed reappear, but its barely visible.

Not compatible:

Hearthfire Extended by Kinaga Note: does not cause CTD, however there are some clipping issues with the apiaries and the windmill did not seem to get its' walls.

As of V.01; working slowly on finding compatibility with other mods, should you come across someone that is or isn't; please let me know in the comments.

NOTE:

This mod was something I made because I felt like I wanted to expand Lakeview Manor to be more of a homestead worthy of the Dragonborn. Also take note that this mod simply adds these new features and they are not part of any scripts / purchase options to add or remove, so it is recommended to install them after you are done building Lakeview Manor. However, if you install this mod before building your homestead; guess you got some good storage opportunities, huh?

I'd also like to add that this is not my first project involving the Hearthfire DLC, I did previously make a mod called Hearthfire Exterior Improved back in 2014 which is uploaded to vanilla Skyrim's nexus (I actually cannot recommend it as of now, given that there are some deleted objects in it and has the potential to cause conflicts, especially with other mods). I did upload the same mod to Skyrim Special Edition nexus, whereas it was not until then I became aware of the potential issues involving it. Other users did comment their results from running it through xEdit and thanks to them I became aware of the importance of not deleting vanilla objects, nor navmesh.
So I scrapped Hearthfire Exterior Improved for the special edition and set out to make a new one, one a bit more clean where nothing of vanilla objects are deleted, and the navmesh carefully reworked. As of now I cannot guarantee the mod will not present any issues. I have though tested it myself whereas I've had the mod active before, during and after building the manor itself without issue.
The mod has also been cleaned through TES5Edit, prior to upload.

KNOWN BUGS:

- Minor NPC pathfinding issues.
- TES5Edit: )Skipping: [NAVM:000F0660] (in GRUP Cell Temporary Children of BYOHHouse1Exterior02 [CELL:00009BD6] (in Tamriel "Skyrim" [WRLD:0000003C] at -3,-17))  This is the only navmesh conflict in the mod not dealt with (changed ID form), as it does not actually exist in the Creation Kit with Hearthfire added. This is because this  spesific navmesh-ID has been deleted by the actual Hearthfire DLC itself.

[REPORTED BY OTHER USERS]:
- IF USING Enhanced Lights and FX by Anamorfus, possible minor issue regarding light effect at night while looking over the railing, western side of cliff / treasury house.

(If you come across any bugs; please report them in comments and I'll see what I can do).
