Anniversary Edition / Playing Skyrim in 2022
As of Feb 13, 2022, this mod has been tested and found to be fully functional, with three quirks that can be easily solved.

Quirks and Solutions
Quirk #1: Dark face bug                | Easy solution: Face Discoloration Fix
Quirk #2: Vendor gold limit bug   | Easy solution: Sales Overflow Solved
Quirk #3: Grass clipping               | 1: No Grassias 2: Landscape Fixes for Grass Mods

Summary of Time Saver Home

This mod adds a house called "Practical Home" for the player just south of Riverwood.

The goal is to save you time and headache through simplifying your storage and your paper trail. This is accomplished by categorizing storage in a simple but thorough manner, and creating an internal economy, to cover 75% of your all town-shopping needs. While I admit there could be some visual improvements, overall this house mod will save you a LOT of time because it covers a lot without overcomplicating features. No more spinning circles around a flying castle or traveling through confusing portals in some some wizard tower.

Features of Time Saver Home

Feature #1: Automatic Ownership
You automatically own this house. Nothing is required on your part.

Feature #2: In-House Economy
There are a total of 7 merchants that live in and on this property. Together their inventories will cover most common needs of any hero or dragonborn, and they're all very close by, without ever getting the feeling of being crowded.

Feature #3: All Crafting Stations
Alchemy table, enchanting station, forge, workbench, grinding wheel, and tanning rack. Alchemy table and enchanting station have tailored storage to make crafting in bulk a breeze.

Smuggler's Hideout Version

This version contains everything from the original, plus 2 weapon plaques, 1 weapon rack, 1 mannequin, 1 unique type of mead, and some barrels for skooma, moon sugar, and nightshade storage. It turns out the previous owners were drug-runners. This version is mostly an aesthetic or face-value difference. It doesn't have any clever purposes or added scripts. Only install one main file!

Compatibility

This mod was made solely in the Creation Kit (64-bit), using only built-in tools, and is very simple. The hillside above Riverwood's southern entrance has been modified a bit, but I have yet to encounter an incompatible mod.

Expanded Towns and Cities (SSE) - Compatible
JK's Skyrim - Compatible

Notes

The Readme is totally optional and has a comprehensive list of every editor ID in this mod.

If you're having problems finding any of my stuff in the creation kit, click "All" in the object menu or cell view menu and type "Flayers" without quotes. That'll give you the full list of the things I created in this mod.

I spent about five hours navmeshing the house, both indoors and outdoors but there are still some minor issues.

It is called "Practical Home" on your in-game map.

Installation

Vortex, but if you have a different method go nuts.

Only install one main file!
