Mod is in BSA, so if you are NOT getting the concept version, you need to find the conflicts and hide the loose files from the overwriting mod. I'll eventually upload a Loose Files version, I just don't have the time right now, but its on the list as I'm updating a bunch of my mods here.
Maybe? Lol, that was last year and I created it and just happened to have Requiem installed. Although i'm sure if the Reqtificator doesn't patch it up, I can push a small patch out for it if its needed.
Seems to work just fine with Requiem v5.2.3 (still playing on 1.5.97), so it should be OK. If I ever get around to getting a supported version of Requiem, I'll check again. Thanks!
That's what i'm running now, AE version(1.6.1170 full). The only time I use the CC stuff is when I do a Requiem setup, otherwise i'lll go 1.6.1170 with just the 4 free CC mods since its normal Special Edition. Just easier to play Requiem with the patches this way, IMO.
Download from LE Nexus like you would an SE mod. Activate mod, open the Creation Kit and load the plugin (MithrandirRobe.esp) Save in the CK. Exit the CK. Open Cathedral Assets Optimizer Profile: Select "SSE" Meshes: Process meshes, necessary optimization Textures: Process textures, necessary optimization Output format should be: BC7(it should default to this already with SSE selected) Open Directory: Select the mod from the location you have your Mods folder. Press the RUN button. Wait for CAO to do its thing. When its done, test in game. That should be all. Enjoy!
Thanks a lot Magus!! I'll try!! I would like make new mods of lotr to bring weapons, armors, cities and npcs to skyrim middle earth. But i have no idea of how to start.
No problem! If you're curious about learning, there are some excellent tutorials on YouTube by DarkFox127 and GamerPoets on how to start. Absorb as much as you can, but start small...maybe 1 weapon/armor mod and as you practice you'll gain more skill and knowledge. Its the old...the more you DO the better you'll become. ;)
Hey there, love the armor but it seems I'm getting the initial concept and not the final product that is in most of the screen shots. Did I install the mod incorrectly?
The issue is that the cuirass model that is present in my game matches the screenshot labeled "initial concept." This is different than the 6 other screenshots that are showing a different chest piece and different arms (not talking about the gauntlets, those are fine. I mean the arms of the cuirass model). I downloaded the mod under the assumption that the cuirass present in 6 out of 7 screenshots featuring the armor would be the armor in the files. To reiterate, the issue is that the cuirass is not what the majority of screenshots show and I am trying to get the armor that those screenshots show.
I did some testing and found that the mod "rustic clothing" retextures ulfrics armor, which is the texture the cuirass uses. I set that texture back to default and it is now like the intended product. weird coincidence but ig I had the same retexture as you when you built the initial concept design.
Thanks, I really appreciate it. I know there are way higher quality stuff here, and for a mashup I feel it came out pretty decent, so thanks for the kind words ;)
