Removes the cow in Whiterun from the game in order to improve compatibility with various mods.

Description
For some reason in Whiterun, if you have mods installed where a balcony is added to a building, farm animals living in the area will climb up there.
My solution to this problem is to just remove the animals so this doesn't happen.
I realize this is a workaround rather that a true bug fix. If anyone knows how to solve the problem for real, please let me know.
Some examples of mods that cause the "cow problem":

I try to upload most of my mods to the Nexus.
However, some are only available on Patreon for one reason or another.
