Combines all of goatk's TNF homes together with some minor fixes

I've combined all of the TNF houses into a single plugin. Here is what I've done, however I may have done more. I've had this merge for a long time now.
  • Forwarded USSEP changes
  • Converted all assets to SSE
  • Cleaned in xEdit
  • Cleaned up some objects there were not disappearing correctly (I.E. A barrel in Vlindrell Hall )
  • Removed some foliage from the Tamriel worldspace that was causing Dyndolod to create LOD inside of cities (I.E. Tree in Riften next to Honeyside)
  • Fixed plugin errors in Hjerim and Proudspire Manor related to Potion Rack

I have also added an additional file that will add General Stores into each of the houses. I have done this in a thematic way creating some models and using existing models from some resource packs. The containers will become available with the purchase of the appropriate room.
