I will not release this for Classic Skyrim. If you want a mod that does the same thing, use MCR's mod.
If you want to do any sort of work with this mod in the Creation Kit outside of changing records, the PDF is mandatory for finding everything. It contains the gate names and their cell coordinates.
You cannot enter Oblivion through the gates. They are purely for show.

okay. Just wondering how badly the navmesh will screw with the navmesh of Hold Border Guards? does the conflict mean the guards wont b where theyre supposed 2 b on that mod?
I don't know if Hold Border Guards is compatible. I haven't heard of that mod until now Navmesh conflicts can at worst result in CTDs and at best result in NPCs walking into solid objects for eternity.

This is one of the ones I know of. There are a few more but some of them can be considered DLC.
