Attention!!! Update files section is designed for loverslab mods. Optional files section - designed for nexus mods. Miscellaneous files section - patches for Russian subtitles.
First off, cool mod. One of the better voice packs I messed around with for sure, and certainly one of the most expansive. If this is using the same AI software that the other DBVO mods are, then this must be a rather expensive endeavor. So, thank you very much for your time, effort, and funds.
Now, I noticed that the Serana optional file causes problems and, yes, this is the 4.0 one. Looking back through the responses on her, I decided to trim down some of the Fuz files to see if it would work. I did eventually get it to work and I figured that I would post here about how to directly go about it.
First, make sure you place the Serana file separate from the main file and do not merge it through Mo2. Then, find the folder where the Fuz files are located in your files (Mo2 allows you go directly there by right clicking the name and hitting 'open in explorer'). Go into the Sound folder and keep going until you get to the list of Fuz files. Sort them by File Size in descending order and then proceed to delete every file that is 66kb or greater. This is how I was able to get it to work and, assuming there are issues in on optional packs, a similar method should work.
PSA: Optional file for Serana Dialogue Add-on version 3.3.2 (for Vortex)
Like others here, I found the SDA optional file made my game crash on start-up. Following the method suggested by impaledk for SDA version 4.0 (see pinned post), I found this solves the problem for SDA version 3.3.2 and/or for anyone who doesn't use MO2:
1. Download the file manually 2. Unzip it 3. In the unzipped folder, open Sound/DBVO/voicebella 4. Sort the FUZ files there by file size, and delete those which are 66kb or more 5. Zip the entire SDA folder again 6. In Vortex, click on Mods, and install using the "Install from File" tab at the top of the page
Note: I don't currently have a save game with Serana, so I don't know if this will work in-game. I assume it will. I can say, however, that (for me at least) it did stop the game crashing on start-up.
Many, many thanks to Raptor235 for these excellent DBVO files, and to impaledk for the suggestion re the SDA problem.
bella voice DBVO - More Patches - new patches from ZadeL2P I added a patch for the names. If someone needs to add their name, then you can do it yourself from this table by replacing <Alias=Player>. - quick guide.
I also have a question, what should I do in the playername_topics file, Hello I have <Alias=Player>, my player name is Kassandra, what should I delete and replace? What should this sentence look like using my name? Thank you in advance!
Got a problem here. Dialogues not working with EN localisation, PC is talking during fights, sneaking etc., but in dialogues she just doesn’t talk. Jumped into loc. files and found that mod automatically change string from “en” to “ru”. Any ideas how to fix it? Don’t really want to learn RU only to play Skyrim
Nvm, just do not install Dialogue Interface ReShaped (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/46546), deleted it and everything came back to normal
It says "The voicepack is voiced using elevenlabs prefix Bella". I tried Bella in elevenlabsm but sounds not the same. Does anyone know what settings of voice it's exactly? What voice is best? And what setting of Stability, Clarity + Similarity and Style Exaggeration. I want to try make some patches for some loverlab mod. that defenetly need voiceover.
It is Bella, but Bella was deprecated by ElevenLabs. The only way to get the same voice is to clone it again in their voice lab with audio samples. You can grab two 1:45 long samples on my more patches page. Check my profile/files.
I tried so hard and get far.... I did some patches fro adult mods and it work with "Bella" voice https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/32176-dbvo-dragonborn-voice-over-voice-over-for-some-adult-bdsm-theme-mods/ It's not "Bella" voice, I couldn't find any good way to kame it back, so I used some pretty close voice Sarah. It's still pretty alive and emotional and i like the result. Maybe i will do standalone pack for this voice, but it will be much later, if it will be at all.
Check under the Update Files section (or just CTRL+F "clone") and grab the Bella_Clone_Source. Check my Articles for the DIY, first few steps go over how to clone her voice.
If you create a patch and want me to host it, please send me a PM.
That's a problem with big voice files. You need to open the Serana Addon (→ Sound → DBVO → voicebella), sort for size, delete every file bigger than 64kb. Game should start then. Even with the Serana Update it shouldn't prevent the game from starting as those files don't require masters. You can activate them without the mod and nothing would happen.
If you are using mo2 then can try to put those voice files in your skyrim data folder directly with respective folder structure as in the mod instead of deleting. It worked in my case so worth trying that out.
Check the sticky post about the crashes, it explains why it happens. I'll summarize below.
The 64KB thing is not exactly right and just happened to be what worked for some users.
The problem is actually related, specifically, to character length of the file name + file path. If that goes over 255, DBVO will crash Skyrim. In some cases you can alleviate this by moving your Skyrim installation closer to your root directory. One of the player dialogue lines Martimius wrote was 324 characters long. I removed any over 160 before creating the patch.
can someone help me? idk if DBVO or Bella voice is the problem cus it doesnt use the voice. Nvm, its perfectly fine just need to uncheck on DBVO setting/

I have instructions over on my mod page for additional patches, along with audio source files to use for cloning.
