An I4 patch is already included in the newest version of Bloodmoon. Some time ago Darenii updated most of his mods and now they natively support I4. Let me know if there is any other mod you would like to a patch for.
Did you mean "where"? When you download the latest version of Hemomancy from it's mod page and try to install it, a FOMOD installer will come up. There you can choose whether you want the ESP or the ESL. If you are confused about the compatibility of my patch, it supports both the ESL and the ESP. I hope it helps.
I use the esp version of hemomancy, not the esl. So does that mean I need to edit the json file to hemomancy.esp instead of hemomancy.esl? Or it will still detect the esp?
It will not detect the ESP. You would need to edit the json. To avoid such confusion in the future, I have just added a new file dedicated to the ESP version of Hemomancy.
