Parallax has a few basic requirements. Check the description, there are links to other Vanilla Complex Parallax mods that provide everything you need to get started. Download all of them. You also need a few other mods: a dynamic snow mod like Better Dynamic Snow 2.11 - Definitive Edition, as well as the bug fix mods Terrain Parallax Blending Fix and SSE Engine Fixes. You can choose between ENBSeries or Community Shaders for the shader features that enable parallax. Remember to disable the vanilla snow shader(bEnableImprovedSnow=0) and enable land shadows(bDrawLandShadows=1) in SkyrimPrefs.ini, these changes are required for parallax. These should be all you need for it to at least work correctly, and you can build up your mod choices from there.
This doesn't happen to me, I don't know why it happens in your game. Maybe try Better Dynamic Snow 2.11 - Definitive Edition as this kind of looks like a dynamic snow problem. If that doesn't work, I don't know how to help you.
if the other parallax textures are fine, this shouldnt be a parallax issue. looks like a lighting or LOD issue. Have you tried clearing your shader cache (to force a rebuild)?
After years of using custom texture, i made a setup with vanilla texture, using project clarity and all your parallax mods, and man, i totaly forgoten how great vanilla colors look, and how much diversity vanilla textures have, your mods are fantastic, and i cant wait to see your next pack, pls keep up your awesome work, i love it, and thank you so much to bring back vanilla in all its glory <3
Hi, not sure how I could provide any changes for Blended Roads as this mod just contains textures and vanilla meshes. It should work well if you allow Blended Roads to overwrite this.

It seems to me that maybe this is a CS bug.
Very noticable in the sightless pit / Temple of Xrib dungeon if you're looking for a place to test.
for example I've identified these 2 meshes have issues with this mod installed and are fine otherwise.
