OVERVIEW
As a fan of classic RPG's and fantasy, I love Hagravens, as they always felt like a fun twist on the idea of a classic D&D Hag. What I wanted to do with Nevermore is provide a completely different and unique take on these terrifying bird-women, one that leans a bit more raven and a bit less hag. Their faces have been twisted into mocking, beaked visages, their skin, hair, and feathers have a dark, crow-like palette, and their beaks open and close in-game to portray their fervent malice in horrific grins.
WHICH HAGRAVENS ARE CHANGED
This is a fully visual replacer for Hagravens, and will affect all Hagravens both in vanilla Skyrim and ones from mods, provided they use the vanilla file paths. The one exception is the Glenmoril Witch Head misc item from the Companions questline, at the moment the Glenmoril Witches are replaced by Nevermore but the decapitated heads will require me to create an entirely new model to match the Nevermore look. I do plan on doing this in a future update (along with giving the Glenmoril Witches and other named Hagravens unique versions of the Nevermore appearance to make them stand out from regular Hagravens (see Future Plans section below)
FUTURE PLANS
- Unique versions of the Nevermore models for Glenmoril Witches and other named Hagravens both from vanilla and notable ones added by mods
- Higher resolution texture options - Currently the textures (which I built from scratch) are not large in resolution though they do look quite nice in-game, screenshots are as they appear in-game with no ENB.
- Standalone version with multiple options for Nevermore Hagravens to be added in as unique variants, only named Hagravens, as unique enemies etc. to be used alongside the original Hagravens
