About this mod
This mod adds a variety of new shouts for dragons. All the shouts are fully voiced and immersive! No longer the dragons will merely roar when they use the Thu'um, instead just like the Dragonborn they will use the proper Words of Power. Full MCM Support to pick shouts, and FOMOD to pick patches.

Inspired by the amazing LE mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12053
Blacksupernova's amazing mod has been in my LE load order ever since I discovered it, and when I finally moved to SE It was not ported, and the mods that were somewhat similar to this were not quite my taste. So I decided to make my own from scratch, drawing inspiration from Blacksupernova's mod.
WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO?
"Now we will see whose thu'um is the stronger!"

With this mod every vanilla dragon, including DLC and Special ones like Alduin, Odahviing, Paarthurnax and Durnehviir will have their breath attacks overhauled. For instance instead of roaring when using fire breath, dragons will use the words of power YOL TOOR SHUL! Ironically these voice lines are inside the game sound files but Bethesda never properly utilized them. In addition to Fire and Frost Breath, Dragons will use Unrelenting Force, Disarm, Ice Form, Dismay, Phantom Form, Become Ethereal... and etc (ALL ARE FULLY VOICED)
I have personally edited all the vanilla wav files with Audacity, and turned them into FUZ, so that it remained very similar to the original mod, while still being different.
Note: Dragons are more inclined to use Dismay and Disarm when surrounded by multiple npcs. Their level and variant are also important factors, for example a Legendary Dragon at level 50 will use a large variety of shouts, whereas a Blood Dragon at level 10 will usually stick to Fire Breath, Frost Breath and Unrelenting Force.

DRAGONS WILL NOW USE ALL THEIR SHOUTS, YES EVEN ALDUIN, HE WILL EFFECTIVELY USE ALL 13 OF HIS SHOUTS! I MANAGED TO SOLVE THE MAJOR PART OF THIS MOD!

EACH NEW SHOUT AND WHAT DO THEY DO?
Unrelenting Force (Fus Ro Dah): Similar to players Fus Ro Da, Dragons will throw you backwards.
Fear Aura Dismay (Faas Ru Maar): NPCs or the player hit by this shout will receive a health and stamina regen debuff and will be staggered. NPCS will also run away in fear.
Ice Form (Iiz Slen Nus): Dragon's shout will freeze anyone for 4 seconds.
Disarm (Zun Hal Viik): Dragons will disarm you and NPCS.
Become Ethereal (Feim Zig Gron): Dragons will become ethereal and be impervious to any damage for 15 seconds, or until they attack again.
Phantom Form (Fiik Lo Sah): Dragons will summon a ghostly copy of themselves that will deal low damage and have low health.
Odahviing Ice Wave (Fo Krah Nus): An Odahviing exclusive shout. He will freeze everyone around him for 4 seconds, like iceform but as an areal effect.
Paarthurnax Cyclone/Whirlwind Sprint (Wuld Nah Kest): A Paarthurnax exclusive shout, he will summon a cyclone that will stagger his enemies.
Paarthurnax Blizzard (Fo Lo Krah): A Paarthurnax exclusive shout that turns the weather into a blizzard, mainly used to cancel Alduin's firestorm shout.
Paarthurnax Mortal Bind (Joor Ru Viik): A Paarthurnax exclusive shout that he will use to buff Dovahkiin's shout recovery, or if you are evil enough to try killing him this shout will work the opposite silencing you from shouting.
Alduin Stormcall/Firestorm (Fus Lo Shul): Alduin's meteor rain shout will now also cause the weather to change into a storm. Also will cause everyone around him to fly 360 backwards, all except Dragonborn.
Alduin Soul Fog Shout (Ven Mul Riik): Alduin will change the weather into a ghostly mist and will turn himself invisible for a short period of time. Also will cause everyone around him to fly 360 backwards, all except Dragonborn. (Final Battle Exclusive)
Alduin Flesh Time Undo (Slen Tiid Vo): An Alduin exclusive shout, he shall use it only in the final battle in Sovngarde, a buffed Drain
Vitality Shout. (Final Battle Exclusive)
Compatibility:
This mod should be compatible with mods that do not edit the shouts dragons use. If they do edit them, the added shouts wont be voiced. Mods that edit dragon stats are fine, just let me know and I will make a patch for it. I used https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/52919?tab=description to make patches with certain mods, it is an amazing tool and very simple to use. I recommend you to use this tool to make your patches.

Perfect for making dragons more powerful stat wise, I use the loremonger version as the full version brings lots of new dragons that have their own breath attacks that are not voiced.
