A Few People Have Reported Having
    Wolf Skull Cave Quest Problems

Make sure you have no civil war quests or main quests currently ongoing.

Deactivate or finish them and go back to the Blue Palace and Varnius should start talking to the Jarl about Wolfskull Cave and you can talk to Falk Firebeard after and pickpocket him for the letter.

This mod is really good, thank you for making it.

For anyone using a Smashed Patch: Smash will forward some properties from this mod, which may ruin some lighting mod setups. (It disabled some of Lux's lights for me in Proudspire Manor). You'll have to manually resolve these conflicts in xedit.

My understanding:  One is for the main quest only.  The other is for main quest and DLCs.

Is this safe to uninstall mid-playthrough? I can't really tell if it's helping or causing more issues lol

There's no scripts yet it's still not 100% safe. Keep a save game handy to fall back on, just in case.

If you don't mind please take a look at embershard mine, when first entering, the left torch will suddenly brighten up.

Edit: NVM it seems to be related to something else.

"LOOT says to deactivate this mod because it deletes base records resulting in undefined and potentially undesired behavior with other mods. For Anti-Flicker it is safe to ignore this error."

Apparently this mod did exactly what LOOT warned. Not only that, after installing this mod to fix my flicker problem, I was unable to load the game, even from the base Skyrim Launcher.

gavwhittaker, would you be so kind as to tell me exactly what your mod did to my game, so I can perhaps repair the damage it did?

Just roll back to your last save and LOOT order before installing Anti-Flicker. The problem will be due to you re-LOOTing all of your plugins.

This mod works and since it's a master plugin I'm surprised you ran LOOT when a drag and drop would have sufficed.

But since you have a backup of your working LOOT order (don't you), just roll back to that.....

Thank you for responding, gavwhittaker, but LOOT failed to launch. Same with MO2, even after a reinstalled it. Neither did the base game with no mods or everything else.

I ended up reinstalling Skyrim, which corrected the damage.

This works great with ELFX. I felt like I was going crazy trying to figure out why certain light sources would play Russian Roulette with me where sometimes the light is "active" no matter your distance or viewing angle or would come into or out of existence. Great job! Although, it is things like this that show the limitations and age of the Creation Engine, especially for Skyrim.

Yeah, what this mod does to achieve what it achieves is kind of unorthodox, yet it works and I'm  pleased it was a result for you too

Would this be hekpful for a mod like Colorful Lights - No Shadows - SSE or Luminosity Lighting Overhaul?

I notice an improvement in FPS but the light on/off problem persists in the High Hrothgar 'meeting room', referring to the fire in the middle. Load and install order is as instructed. I use Lux and Ambience.

JK's adds light records to the vanilla foundation...I imagine your mod combo has exceeded the 4/7 light engine limit.

Alternatively there's a slim chance Ambience with its extra shadow casting light records may be the cause.
