Fixes overlapping and floating trees when using Trees in Cities together with Dawn of Skyrim (Rob's Bug Fixes - Dawn of Skyrim).

I've moved around some trees and plants inside cities to make the Trees in Cities mod compatible with Dawn of Skyrim.
I have installed Rob's Bug Fixes - Dawn of Skyrim but I think it should work with the original Dawn of Skyrim also.
I've also changed the placement of the two trees outside of Windhelm so they don't block the scaffolding stairs from Windhelm Exterior Altered mod.
v1.1 - small changes in Windhelm to make it compatibile with Icy Windhelm too.
v1.2 - removed overlapping shrubs and moved around some trees for better coverage
I recommend the mod combination also for Skyrim VR because it is very performance friendly.
