Description:
This is a fork of Action Speed X by Holaholacocacola.
Please visit that mod page for a full detailed description.
Then, download it and endorse it.

This mod adds various debuffs (and buffs) to the player (and NPCs) while wearing armors of different types, qualities, and amounts.
Armor will affect movement speed, melee attack speed, bow draw speed, magicka and stamina costs, and magicka and stamina regeneration rates.
Passive buffs are granted to the player as their level increases with every skill. Some races are naturally more skilled in certain areas, and some factions are more trained in certain areas.
Clothing has no effect. All options can be toggled at any time, or the mod totally disabled, by using the MCM.

Requirements:
MCM Helper
Keyword Item Distributor (KID)
Weapon Speed Mult Fix (or your preference of alternative)
Bug Fixes SSE (specifically, the "Magic Effect Conditions" fix)
In addition to whatever the above mods require.

Recommended:
Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) - Only if you want NPCs to gain the racial and faction abilities
Race Compatibility - Only if you use custom races, and are using the optional custom race patch
tjhm4's suite of mods blend extremely well with this in general

Changes:
  • All included plugins are ESL-flagged
  • No patching required
  • A single script that manages the new MCM, and the mod's perks
  • All options can be toggled via MCM
  • All options will be saved and loaded on New Game
  • Mod can be uninstalled (and reinstalled) via MCM
  • MCM Translation support
  • Custom race support
  • No effect descriptions on armor
  • No option for cuirass only
  • No option for rebalancing perk mods

Update History:

v1.0.2:
  • Armors will now only be affected by equip slot (Slot 32 for Cuirass, for example)

v1.0.1:
  • Removed FormList Manipulator requirement
  • Added Localized Strings (All in English)
  • Implemented keyword to exclude specific mods/armors (ASZ_Ignored)

v1.0.0:
  • Initial Release

Installation:
Install manually, or just use your favorite mod manager.
Plugin is ESL flagged.

Uninstallation:
Disable the mod from the MCM before removing.

Load Order:
When in doubt, just use LOOT.

Compatibility:
Should be compatible with everything. Any overlapping features can be disabled in the MCM.

Action Speed Z will affect literally all equipment, as long as they use the vanilla keywords and equip slots.
The "ASZ_Ignored" keyword can be distributed to any mods or armors that should be excluded.
A few mods are excluded by default. You can add your own exclusions by editing "ActionSpeedZ_KID.ini".
Additional exclusions will only be added by request.

Any armor mods that use custom material keywords will require a patch.
Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes is supported out-the-box.
Immersive Armors and Creation Club content will be supported pending an update to FormList Manipulator.
Additional inclusions will only be added by request.

There are many different fixes available for the weapon speed thing now. Weapon Speed Mult Fix is just the one I tested with.
Adamant has its own weapon speed fix in its optional downloads. I've had better results using the Adamant patch from Weapon Speed Mult Fix instead.
Either/any option should work, but only use one.

Obviously, you shouldn't use this with Action Speed, Action Speed X, nor Action Speed SP.

Shouts out to shad0wshayd3, because I used their MCM Helper scripts as a guide.
