   I personally would love this as a standalone, like for a samurai character that takes up a Nordic hold's banner, but still wants to use the armor and gear they're used to. Any plans for that at all?

      Maybe just the Shino banners of Skyrim + Shino Banners for NPC mods are what you are looking for.

   Any way to make this a Fo-Mod so we could mix the armor up? Guards Armor Replacer or whatever another replacer you'd pick would automatically suit guards that were not picked in a Fo-Mod on your mod.

      That would involve making a ESP for every combo you could chose or a ESP for each armour you pick.

   the armour is good for samurai theme, but how about the weapon? katana, nodachi, yari bow? it feel like a bit of undone

      Sorry I wanted to keep the weapons and shields from Guards Armor Replacer. Sounds like a good patch idea tho.
