OAR version released! the howling and jumping motions have invincibility frames, encouraging players to be more aggressive in their attacks. This also increases the survival rate of the enemy werewolves, as they would otherwise be very fragile.
We've tested Growl, and it doesn't conflict with this mod. This is an animation mod, and most mods don't conflict with it. Some people may simply fail to install it successfully, so don't be misled by the comments section.
Some mods may alter the way werewolves release their attacks, which can prevent the proper activation of power attacks. This is not caused by this animation mod.
Initializing engine updateERROR(2006): Missing behavior file. The behavior file name must be in this format ("Nemesis_<file name>.xml") and it must be located in the same path as the hkx counterpart. Please contact the mod author File: werewolf. Failed to update engine.
This is a great mod, but there is a bug that bothers me, when I load an archive with a werewolf state, I can't attack left or right. The only way to attack properly is to turn back into a human and turn into a werewolf again.
Yo animations work, but Bloodlust wont trigger using 2.0.1 and have all necessary requirements Is it possible that Sanguinare Symphony/precision creatures with werewolf addon could break the Bloodlust trigger? Also using CGO
The mod is simply brilliant, I loved playing werewolf and tearing apart hordes of enemies with combos, thanks so much for sharing.Suggestion: would it be difficult to implement combos using BFCO? I think it's very easy to use, I used to use MCO but I found BFCO more practical and compatible to use animations that were even made only for MCO in mind, maybe you would even have more opportunity for big combo variety, although I have no idea if creature animations work for BFCO haha. All good, the mod is great like this, thanks! 👍
It seems I need to explain. From the beginning, I tried to modify the behavior files of the werewolf to make it into MCO or BFCO, but the result was: it couldn't be done. Maybe other authors could achieve it, if they didn't always spend all their time on humans.
It always worked for me but recently suddenly this mod its making all werewolves not be able to attack, but if i apply "recycleactor" my normal attack works again but i cant eat any corpses, now if my werewolf gets ragdolled the animation works again, it seems to be conflicting with the final animaiton of the transformation for some reason..
Using two mods simultaneously. Initially, there were no issues, but suddenly unable to attack. I am dissatisfied with your attribution of the problem to this animation mod. I protest your conclusion. You should look into the script issues of the other mod instead of blaming this animation mod.
dude no body's blaming you i have the same problem!... for me not all werebeasts but those transforming including player are unable to perform left and right attacks... so instead of being dissatisfied why don't you give us a real solution to fix it? hay kitty?
Meow, sorry I just hissed. Sometimes I can't recognize the meaning of others' expressions. I suspect it might be due to a conflict between the player werewolf's dodge animations (left and right) and the attack animations. You can try disabling WerewolfTriggerPlayerLeft and WerewolfTriggerPlayerRight in the OAR menu, and then perform an attack to see how it works.
For some reason when I use this mod with Moonlight, I am unable to do any normal attacks as a werewolf. I don't believe its a base issue with this mod, but likely an incompatibility with my modlist...
Does this work for Pandora? I honestly can't for the life of me get this working but maybe it's cause I don't have Nemesis. Or better yet, has anyone confirmed whether this works with Moonlight Tales Mini?
The animation itself doesn't require Nemesis/Pandora, but Payloader Interpreter might need Nemesis/Pandora. I suggest you install Pandora. Install every requirements according to the instructions.
I thought I did honestly and Pandora doesn't see your mod at all. I guess something went wrong. Does your mod support the most up to date version of Skyrim or do we have to downgrade?
Okay, that's even weirder. I suspect it's probably incapable with Moonlight Tales Mini then, since I saw someone mention earlier that it doesn't work with growl either.
I tried Moonlight Tales, and I didn't find any conflicts. Some mods may alter the way werewolves release their attacks, which can prevent the proper activation of power attacks. This is not caused by this animation mod.
Well I dunno what I'm missing. I got OAR, I have Pandora, Animation Motion Revolution, Payload, IFrame Generator, Paired Animation Improvements, and Behavior Data Injector (and universal support). I have no clue why it's not working. I have nothing else that could be touching werewolf animations besides Moonlight Tales Mini
Place an NPC werewolf to see if it can perform new attack animations. It will dodge your attacks. If it doesnt then you didn't install this mod. The more likely possibility is that you have not successfully installed the payload interpreter or have not enabled the .esp file of this mod. Since the werewolf transformation animation requires the payload.
im using both moonlight tales mini and growl. and honestly im having a great time. finally my modlist is complete(at least until i see some cool mod and spend the next 2 hurs looking for more)
