Hello! I ran some comptability tests in the process of updating my game, and here's what I found. Tentatively, it looks like the compatability of this mod is quite good!
Note that this list explicitly includes only mods I have installed, and checked; not having a mod by a given author listed does NOT mean it isn't compatible, it means I don't have it installed in the first place.
I am operating under the assumption that given the nature of this mod, it doesn't have any locations near any vanilla settlements, so I didn't bother checking any mods I have installed around those, but Riverwood, Anga's Mill, and some other vanilla locations seemed perfectly fine while I was coc'ing around
One other thing: this should not be taken as a 100% certainty that the given mods are compatible, but rather it's very likely that they're totally fine. I did a general sweep through each of these areas for any clipping objects or terrain, navmesh oddities, etc, and these are the results I found.
Here's the list! I'm just pasting the checklist I used in Notepad, so if the format is hard to parse, let me know and I'll edit it :)
UNMARKED LOCATIONS COMPATIBILITY CHECKLIST:
COMPATIBLE WITH -
Hroldan Nightgate and Sawmill Villages (Anga's Mill, Heartwood Village, Nightgate Village, Pinemoon Village)
Riften - Extension Southwoods District
Plankside Bandit Shipwreck
Aftand area
Juniper's House for Golldir
Juniper's House for Illia
LOTD - Pale Pass Extension
[Schlitzohr]
Vernim Wood
Lainalten
Laintar Dale
Amol Village
Granite Hill
Granitehall
Sunthgat
Amber Guard
Dunpar Wall
Iggath
Reich Corigate
[TES Arena]
Nimalten
Dunstad Grove
Pargran Village
Amol
[Holds]
Northkeep
Dunbarrow Village
[Wintersun]
Hillcrown Yokudan Shrine
INCOMPATIBLE WITH -
[Holds] Black Moor - very likely has some VERY MINOR clipping UNLESS you use Wintersun, and the attendant patch that moves Black Moor away from the Hillcrown Yokudan Shrine. This is very minor and not gamebreaking; the location that conflicts here is super small and doesn't appear to have any navmesh changes.
[Schlitzohr] Oakwood - very minor incompatability - there's a treasure chest clipping through the floor right outside the entrance to Storm's Tale Temple. Again, super minor, doesn't seem likely to have any navmesh changes, a simple disable and markfordelete in the console solves it easily.
Hey, love your mods, I don't know if you want to sticky this but i made a little addon for a certain artifact in case people want to check this out! ~dan

I just love this series of mods - I keep coming across new things in unexpected places - most recently a tree festooned with corpses in the Morthal swamps - just great! Thanks so much!
I have Nature of the Wild Lands version 1.21. When I install the Unmarked locations patch for Nature of the Wild Lands, it says I'm missing masters for Nature of the Wild Lands.

Unfortunately, I discovered incompatibility with DMT's Paint it Blackreach EXTREME.
This is exactly about the location of The Grinning Horker.
Could you move or make a version without it?
