HotD's Syrax as Dragon replacer for the ancient dragon (with fix when using GoT/HotD dragons replacers). Derived from KaienHash's GoT and HotD dragons mods.

My take on Rhaenyra's dragon Syrax from House of the Dragon.
just without the bat-like wings tho
- This is a replacer for the vanilla ancient dragons
- With its own edited textures
- Opt. file - If using Diverse Dragons Collection SE, replaces the Combustion dragon. Mesh only, needs main file for textures
~ Opt. files - Syrax as Silah, and/or as Caistorshold Isle (SE)'s Valminoor replacer, (***untested*** - these are mesh paths extracted from BSAs)
- Needs either or both mods, of course
- Opt. file - patch reverting only the ancient dragon npc records to work with this mod. Use this if using GoTDragonsEnemy.esp of the v1.4 of the main mod.

- Updated texture path of the claws, was using the meleys texture path, my bad.
- please download and merge/overwrite main files. Optional files are using fixed meshes.

- updated mesh, merged some blocks (easier for conversion). textures are SA fix ready
- As usual, you'll need the textures files (for the rest of the textures - normals, etc.)
- either from GoT Dragons (A Game of Thrones)
- or from XilaMonstrr's GoT Dragons 16K-8K - Cleaned and Upscaled Textures (Game of Thrones)

* Kynnkaid has ported options from this mod to Xbox (This collection - c&p link from comments tab)

Ancient Dragon Plugin fix (ESPFE)
Implemented an Ancient dragon fix when using replacers such as the GoT/HotD dragons
(this is just based on spawn testing different ancient dragons. If there are things I missed, please let me know)
AFAIK the vanilla ancient dragon uses the dragontundra skin with an alternate skin texture to distinguish from elder dragons
If using replacers, it'll cause the one part of the modded dragontundra skin (the whole left body, in my case) to have the vanilla alternate texture which causes a visual bug.
I've edited the ancient dragon skin to a separate ancientdragon.nif instead of the dragontundra with alternate texture.
*** I don't know where the bossdragon.nif (uses the supposed alternate texture) is used but it's there for good measure.
