Patches the new Thunderchild and Wyrmstooth shouts to use the custom voice files from a BYO voice type

When using a BYO voice pack that includes shouts, any shouts added by new mods will be silent, fortunately Thunderchild and Wyrmstooth only use the vanilla voice files so it is fairly simple to patch them to use the new voices in SSEEdit. It's also fairly simple to make a patch for mods that do include their own voices like Stormcrown.
I made this with this voice pack specifically in mind, but it will work on any that add custom voices for the vanilla shouts.
Only one of the three main files (Thunderchild, Wyrmstooth or combined) can be installed at any one time, however the Stormcrown patch can be installed either on its own, or with any of the main files as it doesn't change any of the records they do.
Important:
Requires the optional patch for the Dragonborn and Dawnguard dlc when installing PC Head Tracking
