Is it possible to mod this to be an add-on for the sailable ship mod with all current abilities working or is that not possible to do hard limits imposed by mod conflicts or game
2. Also can u make a patch for this mod that is similar to my "Haafstad Nyhus Folkstead - Texture Patch"? It uses vanilla textures where mod own ones are unnecessary to improve textureoverhaul-compatibility.
If you're still looking for things to fix, the stairs in the ship have always been a bit misaligned, which cause the player to stop before going up again when climbing them. I tried fixing them myself, but the Construction Kit tends to explode on my machine, since I run Linux. I think a forge somewhere on the ship would be a very welcome addition, too.
Due to the hard limit of handles in Skyrim. Since I'm near that limit I'm trying to keep as low as possible the number of temporary references, so if something that puts a number of temporary references in the thousands can be set as master, it helps a bit at stabilising the game.
Did you happen to do the esm set just thru xedit by adding the esm flag in the header similar to how one might add the esl flag?
As I'm running a huge # of mods and recently discovered a little bit more about the handles thing I was curious if this was a simple thing to do. I've never taken the Scarlett out of my load order lol.
in theory it should be, in practice you better ask the authors or people that have looked in the file, since setting as esm may give some problems to quest (for example, setting quest-mods as masters has a high chance of breaking them - at least this is what I was told)
Thank you for this...downloaded and installed...will come back and tell you how it went in my game. I'm running a RTX2080Ti and 64 gig RAM so it shouldn't be a problem...
