I've had that problem before too*. It's not the preset it's something else. I can't remember what caused it though. I think I ended up just binning SOS. I use The New Gentleman now for the schlong, and HIMBO on top of that for the body.
You could try opening RaceMenu using the console (show RaceMenu) re-apply the preset and resave him? That might work? Or you could try a mod like Normal Vampire Face For High Poly Head
I've had so many problems with neck gaps and SOS gaps with SAM, I gave up using it. I now use HIMBO and have never had a problem with it since switching.
Just added a picture with your amazing preset. I did edited the teeth with racemenu, never was a real fan of tusks but i guess to each their own. By the way, in case anyone wonders, the armor is "Ted Kuruk's Bush Gear" with a couple of stuff added by "Hunterborn" or "Pauldrons".
I'm not sure how to do replacers yet. I was working on a couple (starting with Sven and Faendal) so I may as well add this one to the list too. Dunno when I'll be able to do it though.
