Turning into a vampire will no longer change the head mesh that is used. This prevents becoming a vampire from messing up your character's appearance. Made for High Poly Head.

Turning into a vampire will no longer change the head mesh that is used. This prevents becoming a vampire from messing up your character's appearance. Made for High Poly Head. Now featuring an ESPFE version so it wont take a spot in your load order!
Should work with any version of SE, but no promises. I don't normally make mods but there wasn't one to do this so I hacked it together. Don't blame me if it breaks stuff but it has worked without issue for me so far.
