About this mod

These bindings are created to replace the vanilla binding of the HP Reverb G2 controller to emulate the Oculus controller. Works with VRIK and other common VR mods. It is created to use with the Wabbajack modlist Tahrovin by iAmMe27. But would probably work with other modlists of your choice.

IMPORTANT:

As it turns out, creating this mod is not necessary, meaning that if you do it correctly (see below), you can use any other Oculus Touch binding mods. But I will keep this mod as more like a guide. Don't get me wrong though, this mod still functions well if you would like to use this binding scheme as shown in the image.

By saying doing it correctly:
  • (Do this only once) SteamVR custom binding is needed to make this work. Any custom binding that emulates HP Reverb G2 Controller to Oculus Touch controller would work. You could use the one named "HP Reverb G2 Controller Bindings for Tahrovin", instead of creating it yourself.
  • You launch the Mixed Reality Portal, which is most likely already launched as you plug in the HP Reverb G2.
  • You launch the SteamVR.
  • You launch the game via your mod manager or whatever.

Installation

Install as any other mod with your favorite mod manager software.

Description

This mod is created with the help of Skyrim VR Change Your Bindings by MoDErahN. I just made the WMR bindings based on Tahrovin's bindings.

Features

Best to use with HIGGS, VRIK, and Spell Wheel. The favorite menu is sacrificed since I use Spell Wheel, and the shout is on B (good for Spellsiphon). Activate is back on A.

Bindings

The bindings are as follow, it's the same as in Tahrovin:

Ok, I'm too lazy to type. Check Tahrovin's bindings, but neglect the "WMR Headsets" part, since I made it the same with Oculus. Or check the fancy image I made.
