Requests This is not an official patch hub! Please understand that I won't make patches for mods I dont use. I made this patch collection for my mod list and thought others might need them, too. FOMOD Installer Patches are installed with a FOMOD installer which automatically detects your installed mods and selects the needed patches. The A Rose in the Snow - Reborn + Bijin AIO patch includes all patches for A Rose in the Snow - Reborn. Therefore only this one is needed and not both.
JKs Interiors Patch Collection Remove/don't use the "AI Overhaul - Temple of Dibella" patch from JKs Interiors Patch Collection if you use A Rose in the Snow - Reborn and/or Bijin AIO. The reason for this is that the patch from the Patch Collection will overwrite the entries of the Temple of Dibella NPCs, resulting in only using AI Overhaul, but not Rose in the Snow or Bijin. My patch makes all mods compatible.
Optional: Faendal AI Overhaul adds a "hunter" ability to Feandal. However, I noticed that this results in Faendal agressively attacking every animal that is near Riverwood. This is especially annyoing when you have installed the mod Beavers and Raccoons of Skyrim SE, because the Raccoon walking on the road to Riverwood will be attacked by Faendal as soon as it is near Riverwood. Everyone panics and Faendal loses the fight, because the Raccoon is stronger than him (lol). This patch removes the hunter ability and Faendal is just walking around, leaving all animals alone.
German Version The german version also includes translations of all patches from the AI Overhaul official patch hub.
Currently, I am on 1.7.3. What is the update for 1.7.4? Not mentioned in the changelog. I am quite wary about updating as I am still on 1.5.97. I have had the experience of some "unknown" update breaking my game.
Actually, I dont know for sure, because they are combo patches and I don't know how Synthesis handles this. Try to run Synthesis and compare the output ESP with the patches in xEdit.
Probably not, because I am not using it. However, its not as hard as you may think (but very time consuming). You can simply use SSEEdit and search for conflicts between AIO and Elevated NPCs.
Not a problem, man! Hey, do you know if the mod Winter is Comming also needs to be patched? It works in a similar way as Cloaks of Skyrim, but I never experienced any issues
the AI overhaul Immersive weapons patch is causing blackface bugs on any NPCs it touches. Nothing I can't fix with the load order but this patch has no reason to be touching face gens at all.
Are you absolutely sure the patch causes this? I am having no such issues. As you already mentioned, the patch does not touch facegen at all and just adds items to NPCs.
Hey, if you really want to know more about modding and how this stuff works, I strongly recommend to learn about the following terms:
load order
mod conflicts
xEdit
I know that this can be confusing for a beginner. Just imagine it like this: Basically everything in Skyrim is represented as an object with various entries defining the object. In case of a character this would be for example the name, height, location, outfit, items the character carries and stuff like that. If you install a mod which changes any of this entries a new entry is added. Let's use AI Overhaul and A Rose in the Snow as an example. Both mods make changes to the same character. The one adds "AI behavior" and the other changes the looks. Therefore the entries of one mod get overwritten by the other mod which creates a so called mod conflict. Skyrim "resolves" this conflict by simply loading the last entry in the load order (which is usually the last mod you installed). This means that without a patch the game actually just loads one mod and you either have the changed looks from Rose in the Snow or the AI behavior from AI Overhaul. And that's where patching comes in. A patch basically does merges all modifications from both mods into a new entry so that both mods are used by the game. For simple stuff like in this example a tool called xEdit can be used. It shows all entries in nice tables and you can spot mod conflicts quite easily. For more complex stuff the Creation Kit from Bethesda has to be used.
Its a bit more complicated, especially if you have to patch landscapes and city overhauls, but I hope you got a basic understanding now. And remember: the more mods you have installed, the more patches are required and the more complicated it gets.
I think I did not include a Bijin AIO only patch, since I am also using ARITS.
ARITS was updated anyway, so I have to check if my patches are still correct. Give me a coffee and let me wake up I can make a patch for Bijin AIO only.
:D thanks. While its funny to see how Fandeal loses the fight with the raccoon over and over again, its also super annoying. I just had to get rid of this.
Unfortunately I don't use JKs Skyrim so I cant answer your question for sure. However, I think that my patch is not needed if you use it, because all my patch does is to move a marker for Gerdur.

Also after I've learned how to properly use xEdit lol.

Cloaks of Skyrim adds cloaks to 10 NPCs from which only Idolaf is also affected by AI Overhaul.
SInce I am unaware of this I cant tell. I am using the regular version from here

Whats your load order?

The description for Faendal's patch cracked me up

And yes if you use jk skyrim the patch for riverwood is no needed ^^
