I don't think this is compatible with the latest Requiem. CTD at the main menu when loading the game with this active. There's an error on the the perk Novice Alteration perk, Spell choices Player Check.
I have the load order you mention below, but it appears the patch is referencing something that is no longer in the latest version of Requiem. I'm using Religion 3 Beta.
Thanks for sharing all your Wildlander patches, they really expand the list of play options. Just a heads up, it looks like the 'Religion Wildlander Patch w/ Magic Redone' file is actually a duplicate of your Magic Redone Wildlander patch that does not include any changes related to Religion.

Yes. I did remove the perk Painful Regrets as it no longer do anything, and it seemed to be connected with a bug.
In Requiem version: 5.2.3 I can find no edits to any StoryManagerBranchNodes that use the Painful Regrets perk for any changes.
Could the error be in that you in your load order have Religion loaded BEFORE Requiem?
Load order should be
Requiem
Religion
Requiem - Irondusk33 Religion Patch.
If you follow "best practice" of
Religion
Requiem
Requiem - Irondusk33 Religion Patch
You WILL get issues.
Try that and see if it resolve the issue
