That's actually an issue with OCPA, I already tested it myself with the block key replacer from OCPA and it happens there too. I don't think there's too much to be done if OCPA author doesn't investigate this issue with the left hands being fully disabled when we use the block replacer option, but Smooth can't do too much about, like I said: only OCPA author can fix that.
this doesn't remove the block action for dual wielding that got added by mco. and the "disable block key" function from the newest release of ocpa - ng removes the ability to cast spells with left hand. it seems there is no way to properly remove block function from the left hand key...
when i delete the custom map in the root folder i also delete the mod i go in the game to reset my controls and it keeps reverting back to the original no left hand key bind got a any idea also what languages is the control_custom i cant fiqure it out
Could this work with you For Honor Power Attack mod? Because that has the same issue stated here. Right click will make the character block, so they can't start a combo with heavy attack.

Hello, thanks for your mods! I'm using a mod that forces NPCs to actively block attacks. With this mod, enemy NPCs will no longer block my attacks or each other's attacks.

Delete the file in the root folder of Skyrim ControlMap_Custom.txt
"One-Click Power Attack Removed the block problem when using Power Attack with the right mouse button"
Literally the first line of text.
Disabled and removed the mod but it's permanently gone from the in game menu so can't reassign it.
Thanks
