If you use OCPA (One Click Power Attack) with its default assigned key, Power Attacks are assigned to the Right Mouse Button.
This conflicts with the vanilla Block function of Skyrim, therefore sometimes triggering a Block action instead of Power Attacking.
To fix this, you could change the keybinding for "Right Hand", which then changes the keybinding for every action that uses this key, which also isn't a perfect solution.
To circumvent this problem, you have two solutions:
1. Assign a different Power Attack key in OCPA, which forces you to use a different key then Right Mouse Button. However, it is not a solution for those who want to use power attack with the right mouse button.
2. Use a mod like Dual Wield Parrying Reimplementation to add the Block action to a different key. But this doesn't unbind the Block function from "Right Hand", so the underlying problem is not fixed.
and Installing this mod will solve it simply.
The functionality of this mod is simple. Completely removes the vanilla block key.
