User Unbrntoast has kindly cleaned up the file (removing unused cell references) and compacted the plugin to a .esp that's flagged as a .esl for those users with massive load orders.

Kindly created by user Unbrntoast, this file distributes the zombie spells added by the "Plague of the Dead" creation club content to Necromancers in Skyrim.
