Synthesis patch only adds XP to new enemies that otherwise would grant 0 XP for killing. That patch does not have any effect on quests. Experience by nature works out of the box because it rewards XP based on the quest type. This patch is only needed because, like the description says, the quest type is set to "none" for these CC quests.
Some users reported some conflicts with this mod and some of my mods. (My Bittercup Tweaks mod and my Farming Tweaks mod.) I looked at this mod and it seems it has some ITMs (Identical To Master Records) for some quests. Those are conflicting with my mods and reverting my edits. Could you clean the ITMs, please? If you're having trouble with this, I can send you a cleaned version, if you want.
If you have Skyrim Extended Cut - Saints and Seducers installed, it needs to be loaded after this patch or the vanilla saint and Seducers questline will be reenabled.
