I was baffled when I met this creature, I thought they're stone but then they're just massive passive bug that yields shell for that cool looking armor Now I have no worries killing them just to get those armor
This is a really cool idea, do you think you could add some kind of shedding feature? Like where once in a while Shellby will drop a piece of shellbug chitin, I feel like it could be a cool new way to obtain the shellbug helm without having to treat her mother like diamond ore in Minecraft.

No problem! I will let you know that I'll probably be updating this mod soon with a minor addition to the dialogue (one dialogue topic with a response or two) in case you may want to wait to release the translation with that little update included

wow people though about even adding a shellbug as a follower, and it's even fully voiced, i am have to try it out. This community will never cease to amaze me. Congratulation on you and to all good Skyrim modder.
Hello! I absolutely love Redcap, easily one of my favorite Followers on Console, best buds with Xel & Inigo. Was curious if your planning on/would allow someone to port your creatures to Bethesda.Net, or at least just these adorable Shellbugs & the Redcap patch. We really have no mods for these underused creatures, which sucks cause I adore them.

Probably not, as it would be the same amount of work for me to just expand my own mod to add shellbugs/baby shellbugs to new locations. Also I add creatures by hand to locations I pick that align with my own personal interpretation of what is lore-friendly/the amount of them that I want to see in-game, so I'm not really interested in changing/patching my creature mods to follow someone else's personal interpretation.
Is there an Oldrim version of this mod, or would you be able to make one fairly easily? No idea how different things are in the CK between the two versions. If it's ever possible to get an Oldrim version I would love to have a Shelby follower!
