Thank you so much for this. I just started a new game and for some reason Frostfall kept telling me the Wearable Lanterns mod was "out of date" even though I hadn't touched either mod. This got rid of that message. What good timing for me! :D

Got latest version but the DLL error still comes up, downloaded the PapyrusUtil SE and its incompatible with SkyUI.
Any alternative to this mod that works with SkyUI?

    WARNING

This mod breaks functionality of all dlc and modded torches!
Causing animations to be stuck when unequiping
It breaks this by altering Dawnguard TorchEvents

is there a problem if I uninstall in the middle of the game? and if so, do I have to start a new save?

At first, I thought I had a bug caused by the vampire route, but when I switched to the Dawn Guard route, I encountered the same problem

But is it safe to uninstall the mod mid-game? I'm thinking about downloading another one that does the same thing as this one.

so i noticed that when inside my houses like lakeview manor, i get some weird issue where parts of the room turn black or really dark where im standing like the light is having an issue rendering properly in the interior. I use enb and lux so not sure if its an issue with those as well. but is there a fix or workaround for this?

this is  you hitting either the  light limit per mesh or a mod is messing with the occulsin planes of the house

It's Lux. I was having the same thing with torches, lanterns, magic lights. Removed Lux and it's all good now. Cured a few other things too, like heavy FPS drop and messed up lighting in the Blue Palace.

Game still looks great just running ENB. I miss the window beams a bit, but it's worth it

I remember, in the LE version, all bandits and other foes using lanterns when searching for you if you was hidden in the shadow... with the SE version this doesn't happen... what I am doing wrong?

Is there a way to make lantern visible when used in conjunction with "Skyrim Outfit System"? lantern is not visible on PC, but the mod work well...
