Sonderbains Vampire Killmove

Adds my new paired killmove into the game via two optional ways

The first for Vampire Lord Requires either the mod Humanoid Vampire Lords
or other Vampire Lord mod that adds in XP32 humanoid skeleton

The second for h2h replaces all h2h third person killmoves with this animation

"I would like to have incorporated this with DAR to effect vampires only but sadly 
Dar seems to not support replacing killmoves which we really need support for
now that animating killmoves is possible with blender"

If you are some DAR wizard that can incorporate this animation for vampire only
I will update the h2h version with your edit and would be happy to share 25% of dp from this specific mod
Without dar support for killmoves combat mods are gonna be modernized while
killmoves are stuck in 2011.....
