Great Player House. Only problem I noticed, which kicks it off the top of my list, is no Cook Pot. Weird as there is an oven. I have looked quite thoroughly.
Console user here! I love the mod but I've got the same issue as the other guy with the floating rock. I've tried moving the mod to the very bottom of my load order but it's still there.

Love this home, great location. Lots of wildlife for a hunter. I tried this on a new game and an existing one and on both occasions there is a gold ore and a bit of rock above the property, not sure if that is a problem my end. There is a giant and a couple of mammoths that get quite close to the property just a warning for people who have followers. My follower couldn't quite make it up the last part of the stairs indoors but it's no big deal.
I couldn't see a bed for a follower but then i usually just craft a sleeping bag for them anyway if there isn't a bed.
For vanilla terrain that was in the way, I moved it up and disabled it. Sounds like something's reenabling it on your end, but you can just move the plugin down in your load order to fix that.
