A cosy little hideaway in Whiterun Hold. Plenty of special features without being over the top.

Emberveil is a scenic retreat out in the middle of Whiterun Hold that I made after getting tired of the GECK crashing. So, here we are. Level design has never really been my thing, but I guess I can't say that anymore.
It features training dummies that can be used to level skills - one for melee and one for ranged/magic - and a bunch of homely features like washing for bonus skill experience, custom containers and other fancy scripting that I may or may not have gone a bit overboard with.
A challenge I set for myself while making this was to limit the amount of static objects, striking a nice balance between knocking everything over and interactivity. A lot of player homes do this and I'm not really a collector either, so Emberveil is designed more as a cottage than a display museum for every item in the game.
It has all the amenities of a player home, even proper stables for your horse, along with some extras that should make it comfortable for players. The location, just south of Greenspring Hollow, was picked for the scenery as much as being easy to access. It's fully navmeshed with extra markers and the like for companions.
All in all, it should be a step up from vanilla homes while keeping things focused. Emberveil isn't themed and works with all character types. Enjoy.
Installation
Drop it in your Data folder or install with a mod manager as usual. The SE in the title is not tied to game version, it also works with the AE update.
The only incompatibilities will be anything that edits the same worldspace cells. There may also be minor clipping with mesh changes like SMIM.
