Speeds up the mining animation. 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90% faster versions.

A test version of the new mod. I am posting here to gather feedback.

The speed changes depending on the stamina value: 0%-100% condition bar for 10%-50% faster mining.
