Adds a chest to the entrance hall of Lakeview Manor - once a day a friendly merchant will swap the contents for gold! The merchant is not affected by your Speech skill - if you are experienced in Speech you may want to take higher value items to town yourself.
The chest is only available in Lakeview Manor (I would need to test adding it to the other home locations).
It's a simple mod but it can let you get on with a lot more adventuring by cutting out the need to visit town after every dungeon.
