For anyone who wants to know, you can also use nifscope to give them the Bijin style wrinkles rather than the vanilla ones.
Rather than change data\textures\Actors\Character\Male\BlankDetailmap.dds you leave it as is and instead edit data\textures\actors\character\female\femalehead.dds into data\textures\actors\character\Bijin NPCs 3\femalehead.dds
If you get purple face, don't panic, just make sure that the words are correct, and that you saved.
There is also \Bijin NPCs 2\ that you could use, which is a slighlty less wrinkly version, and you can of course set this for any or all of the npcs in this mod, whatever you desire.
EDIT: Forgot to mention that if you want Maven to use the bijin wrinkles and not the vanilla ones (though if you like both together you can always do that), you will need to change data\textures\Actors\Character\female\femaleheaddetail_age40.dds back to data\textures\Actors\Character\Male\BlankDetailmap.dds
btw, the files you want to edit are in MO2\Skyrim Special Edition\mods\Bijin AIO De-Standalone\meshes\actors\character\FaceGenData\FaceGeom\skyrim.esm the bit in red being subjective of course, and the file name is the NPC's BaseID, not RefID, both of which you can find on the uesp wiki.
Can't seem to get the insert image working, so I'll type this part too. When you open the file in NifSkope, keep expanding the tree until you find [NPC's name]HeadHP eg MavenHeadHP, and look inside that for BSLightingShaderProperty, then BSShaderTextureSet and boom, click on that and you'll find the stuff you want to edit.
Funilly enough, you can edit these things while the game is active, just to make sure you got it right (I used prid and moveto player in order to test the changes I made). You just need to either reload the game or use recycleactor command for any saved changes to apply. I assume changing areas would work too? But I didn't bother testing it cuz it was quicker to do it this way. Also once you're done, I reccomend reloading, just to clear all the commands etc, just in case, to prevent wierdness with NPCs. The changes you made in NifSkope will still apply. Also worth reminding that if you update/re-install this mod, those changes will be gone and you'll have to do it again.
thanks for sharing, but I could not get it to work, however, the method on the description page does work for me... I would still like to figure out what you did. Is this the file you are replacing?
Could this mod be used to circumvent the need to generate new facegen for skin textures that require it for compatibility, like Disparity and Diversity?
This is a year late, and I'm not exactly a pro at this, but I was able to tweak the Improved Follower Dialogue Patch for Lydia to fix black-face issues, and I figured we ought to have some layman instructions for posterity:
If you're using Vortex, I advise installing a separate variant of Improved Follower Dialogue - Lydia, that way you have something to you fall back to if things go wrong. And obviously, make sure to install it with the Bijin AIO Patch.
Right-click and select none, then type in "IDFL" in the filter field. Click the checkbox for IDFL_BijinAIO_Patch.esp.
After SSEEdit is done processing the plugins, right-click IDFL_BijinAIO_Patch.esp, and select "check for errors." Stuff should start turning red, and you'll see some messages about errors that can't be resolved or something.
Expand all the trees for IDFL_BijinAIO_Patch.esp. On the right-hand window, look for for those errors under IDFL_BijinAIO_Patch's column. They'll likely be in regards to PNAM - Head Part rows.
Double-click those errors, and click yes through the "are you sure?" prompt.
Now what you'll want to do is replace those errors in the IDFL_Bijin column with whatever is in the preceding BijinAIO.esp column (for example, LydiaHairHP, LydiaEyesHP, etc.). Just start typing and SSEEdit will autofill the rest.
Once you've fixed those errors, press CTRL+S to save, close SSEEdit, and redeploy your mods.
Install all the required mods and remove any other Bijin AIO mods you have installed.
The required mods is any other Bijin AIO mods. It say Install all the required mods. And remove any other Bijin AIO mod. So what should i do?) Install or delete npc, wives, nps?

EDIT 2: The Bijin wrinkles work on Elves!
