Hey guys! Thanks for checking out the mod, make sure to post a question about any mods that may or may not be compatible/incompatible with Teleport - Towns and Villages.

I check each mod site every day and almost every hour (though I do need sleep sometimes )

Make sure to read the description if you have a question and if there is no adequate answer there leave a comment here and I will check it, and more than likely add an answer to the main page.

Don't forget to leave an endorsement if you like the mod and if you downloaded it!

    Stay awesome guys!

A reworked patch to integrate this mod with the incredible Spell Research by IronDusk33, has been released as part of the Spell Research Patch Compendium Redux.  Hope you enjoy and make sure to give all authors your love and endorsements :D

Why no Raven Rock? No Tel Mithryn either.

I thought it had to be a mistake.  I mean you added one for the Skaal Village.  But there is not a single sign of one for Raven Rock at all, despite it being one of the major settlements of the game.   Yet this mod was last updated in 2017, and several people asked about Raven Rock then.  I guess it'll never get added.   =(

Does this use the same methods as fast travel , 4 hours of game time passed to fast travel from Riverwood to Whiterun ,can't use while taking damage or being pursued by guards ? The un realistic travel time is a pain in the buttocks for vampires , and if it's a spell then i hope the only limit it has is , do i have enough magicka to cast the spell .

It does (at the moment). I'm trying to figure out a way to make it 'coc' the player to a reference point, which I've not yet found. You can still teleport when taking damage and pursued (I believe).

I don't think there is a command that allow you to teleport to location instead of cell but most of place have their own cell so it should be easy to use cell, isn't it ?
If it use the same fasttravel internal method it means the time passed while using this spell ?

I modify this wikia page to reflect the real use of COC command :
      http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_%28Skyrim%29/Locations

Of for each location you can try to find the closest to the exit (if it is in-door location).

A detail that seems to be missing from all three of these mod pages is travel time. A major difference between these teleport spells and fast travel is that fast travel takes hours of in game time (i.e. about 14 1/2 hours from Windhelm Stables to Solitude). In reality, "fast travel" is a bit of a misnomer: It isn't covering vast distances quickly as the name suggests, but rather fast-forwarding through time. In contrast, these teleport spells are essentially instantaneous (about 2 minutes of game time).

So from an immersion standpoint, fast travel is like fast forwarding through the commercials on a recorded TV show. The travel down the roads is there and still takes game time, you just choose not to play through it. There is time for lots of events to take place while the player is fast traveling, but the player is essentially missing out on them. In contrast, you aren't fast forwarding through time when you use these teleport spells. You can teleport from Breezehome to Solitude at 4 pm to pick up some spiced wine from Evette San, and still be home for dinner with your lovely wife and potato head kids with time to spare.

Like some players, I prefer to ride horses or walk with my followers the vast majority of the time. It makes the world seem larger, for one, and makes me stop and plan a route to cover multiple tasks/quests across a broad geographic area. OK, call it more immersive. But sometimes there are tasks I'd like to complete without any followers around, and I'd like to do them quickly without the in-game travel time associated with fast travel. Maybe I really do want to be home in time for dinner! In situations like those, I'll be glad to have these teleport spells available.

Something else that is noteworthy is that these spells will also teleport multiple followers, unlike some other teleport spells I have used.

      Thanks for the mods!

Hi, this is a great mod im very fond of. Just wondering if its possible to add a version where the animation for master/ritual spells is used for these as we; as your other teleport mods? In my head, teleporting would need a lot of power. Thanks

Why don't you add teleport to Raven Rock?

Hello Wulfpanda Ran LOOT to sort my mods like most do and it says that your mod needs to be cleaned with SSEEDIT. I checked on your page and it doesn't mention that the edits are intentional nor does it say not to clean the mod. Is it safe to clean this mod? Thanks for a great immersive mod.

Man, I can't overstate how excited this mod series makes me. I love the idea of exploring the world and finding these new, meaningful spell tomes placed around the world. Well done!

I love these three mods, casting spells is so much more immersive then fast travel and with the faction ones getting teleported inside is the best! When/If you do decide to mod skyrim again it would be great to see high hrothgar added to factions, raven rock to cities, and stonehills, kynesgrove and darkwater crossing added to this list since we now have mods that build them into better villages.

That's the plan, however currently I'm not. I don't have enough time right now for modding in Skyrim so perhaps when I get back around to it.
