I installed Nolvus then decided I wanted to try to swap out SC Horses for this mod. I removed everything related to SC Horses and installed this mod and I get a CTD every time I try to launch the game. I have it set in the load order in the same place the old horse replacer used to be. I don't have any missing masters issues since this only requires the base game, and I have no idea what I did wrong to cause this. There are 2 conflicting files which I assume are ENB related? One is with a creation club amulet and one with with some other fire/ Hot Lava effect. Any advice would be appreciated I would love to be able to use this mod, you did a lovely job on it. Edit: I reinstalled the mod without the ENB option and the lava conflict is no longer there but the amulet conflict is. I don't know if that's related to why I CTD with this mod installed or not, though. I don't know how to figure out what's causing it.
I've swapped out SC horses in other lists. In those I needed to change the horse race record in xedit back to vanilla skeleton with a patch, the change made by SC is most likely carried forward into one of vectors NPC patches. I don't have nolvus so cant say 100%. In the lists I've swapped SC out without doing the above I just get no horses at all, no crash, but either way it probably needs doing regardless and 'may' be the cause of your crash.
I found the Dwemer horse and he is cool. The only thing, is the steam is too bright. Almost glows. Does anyone know where to go to change the opacity to make it a bit dimmer?
I'm not sure what the problem is, but while some horse meshes work for me, others don't, and I don't think any of the additional horses are in my game. I've tried console commands, but they can't find the codes I put in, and I haven't been able to find them myself in-game. I haven't had a chance to look around much more, though. I have this set to load last, and I don't have any other horse-related mods besides Convenient Horses. The horses with mesh issues look kind of clay-like; I'll upload an image in case that gives a clue, because I am totally lost here. Any help would be super appreciated!!
Awesome mod! horses look great especially with the witcher saddles! Only having one problem...... No sound. No horse sounds what so ever. No Nay's no footsteps nothing. =(

A quick question though, I've been away from modding for a few months after my harddrive got wiped and noticed that the options that I had before aren't available anymore (I'm using an old save to find what I had before the wipe). Are the unicorns with animated wings still available and something is just broken on my end or are they no longer an option?
Thank you! The option for animated wings (and static wings) is now implemented with a power, to eliminate the need for 42 patches lol. You get a power that you can use on the Black Unicorn, White Unicorn, and Nightmare that lets you assign the wings you want on them.
It doesn’t work correctly, some horses have changed, some have damaged. And why you suggest me to replace wild horses by flying unihorns from girls dreams?
The horses you find just traveling around will always be regular, non-fantasy horses. The fantasy horses can only be summoned by activating their catalysts or using their summoning spells, so you'd have to add them into your game on purpose, they won't just show up. Not sure what you mean by damaged, unless you mean some of the textures are messed up. If so, load WHE much lower. It needs to be below all other mods that add new horses.
Well, for example, the armor on my horse changed to a new narrow shape, but the horse itself did not. I end up riding around with armor penetrating the poor horse's body.
The new saddles are refit to the new shape of the Witcher horses. It sounds like you may have the refitted saddles ending up on a horse with the vanilla horse mesh. If you have a screenshot of the issue I can probably give more insight.
Unfortunately, I'm currently playing LE and have deleted AE. But I definitely remember that first I caught a wild horse and tamed it, then I bought steel armor for it and then installed your mod.
