Perk Point Potion mod adds a new potion called "Elixir of Insight", by drinking the potion, Dovahkiin gets an extra Perk Point. Perhaps, this mod will be useless in early game due to the high cost of the potion. With low Speech skill and without the Haggling perks, it will cost about 90 000 septims. Raising the Speech skill and the Haggling perks will let you to buy potion with significant discount. Elixir of Insight can be bought only from Khajiit merchants.
